Biography I am the queen of bodybuilding…ok so you got me there LOL! I have modeled for about 5 years under the name Sicilia Curves. I began modeling while I was attending University of California, Berkeley, majoring in Mental and Physical Health and Illness (gotten a B.A. in 2006 and Medical license 2008). I have gotten compliments all my life of what a pretty face I had, and I had wonderful skin and hair and features, etc., and then there came my personal favorite: “You’ve got such a gorgeous face, if only you could lose the weight.” Like that’s a compliment? After a little soul searching after losing my number one supporter, my great uncle, I looked into Plus Size Modeling. My motto was always, “It’s better to regret the things you did do rather than the things you didn’t” so I said what the heck! My first big break came when I had a layout in BODacious Magazine, and I kept on entering contests, doing auditions, etc., thereafter. I have explored and done just about all faucets of BBW/Plus modeling, and I am proud of ALL of my work and will never deny anything I’ve done because I’ve learned from every single experience and every single person I have worked with! I also am thankful to be able to have gotten to travel a lot and inspire many of you women out there reading this! I am excited to see many opportunities for Plus Size women in the media opening up and hope to be a part of them! I hope you all will continue to support me!
